1. COMPANY BACKGROUND:

Our major target market is large department stores and specialty retail chains. Some of our customers include Wal Mart, National Stores, Mercantile Stores, and Gottschalks. Our main offices are located at the above California address. We have liaison offices in Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Oman, Pakistan, Russia, and India with sales offices in California, New York, and Chicago. Our styles, silhouettes, fabric selections, color, and target market is progressively updated and is very consistent with today's portfolio.

2. YEARS IN BUSINESS:

Ten years in USA. 24 years internationally.

3. PRODUCT CATEGORIES:

Our main line of products is quality Men's Apparel, which includes sportswear and outerwear. We also manufacture Boy's, Women's, and Girl's basic outerwear. Our company manufactures, imports and distributes the above items on a domestic contract, domestic Letter of Credit, and international Letter of Credit basis.

4. PERCENTAGE OF BUSINESS:

Men's: 85%; Boy's: 15%

5. TOP STORE ACCOUNTS:

Department Stores: 30%; Independent Stores: 30%; Mass Merchants: 20%; Wholesale Accounts: 20%.

6. LABELS:

Currently our company is mainly concentrated in the Private Label business. We are initiating the manufacture of apparel under our own labels.

7. SOURCE COUNTRIES:

Owner-operated factories in Sri Lanka, Russia and Oman. Fabric sourcing from Korea, Taiwan, China, Russia, Hong Kong, India, and Pakistan.

8. FACTORIES:

We own and operate three factories and work with twenty factories on a sub-contracting basis.

9. STATISTICS ON KEY FACTORIES:

On average, we use approximately 1,800 machines, employ about 3,200 workers and produce approximately 150,000 units a month.

10. LAB TESTING:

We use lab-testing facilities in Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan for all our fabric and garment testing. We check the Fabric Qualities, Construction Features, Fabric Composition, Flammability, Dimensional Stability and Color-fastness, and Measurement and Sizing of the Garment. In the United States, we use Merchandise Testing Labs for all our testing needs.

12. OUR COMPANY:

A 92% on-time delivery ratio with a balance of only 18 days late, makes our company highly dependable and reliable. We adjust our deliveries for certain customers to accommodate their needs. We have been flexible to provide some goods early to those buyers who need them sooner. We find ourselves in various long-term partnerships and friendships with our customers.

13. COMPANY FINANCES:

Target Resources, Inc. is a privately held corporation with common stock. Our company has adequate capital with over 3 times the assets than its liabilities. We have relationships with two banks and are on good, friendly terms with its lenders.
